There is a reason that local companies have a reputation to maintain. When you allow a remote company to control a local company everything goes to shit. What ruined gig apps was every swinging dick in town got on line and posted, I’m making 2 grand a week. This rolled over and died 18 months ago. Hey. I. Still put on app and lucky to see 75 a week. It’s usually on my We’re All Just Walking Each Other Home Shirt But I will love this way to store , golf, whatever. Pays for my gas and was going that way so why not. Then drivers flooded reddit no tip no trip. Pissedd off lots of consummerrrs Ok how about I will pick up myself, save 15.00 for ordering on line driving to local restaurant it’s ready and get it faster than paying you to bring it. Just ordered a pizza on line. Drove 10 minutes, was ready piping hot and put few bucks in tip jar. Back home food still hot and 15.00 ahead.

As pay continues to decline, it is only natural that better drivers leave in pursuit of superior financial opportunities because they realize that their monetary value is far greater than $2/$3/$4 for 6 miles or more. As DD (and other apps) drive the We’re All Just Walking Each Other Home Shirt But I will love this payouts lower, so goes the number of quality drivers I got into it with a dasher the other day who was double parked across two handicapped spaces in front of a Panera. Ever since Tony decided to make the pay $2 and take away “peak pay”. “Peak pay” was really just making it worth it, not extra lol. So now your paying $3 for every delivery you take. If tip is $5 your profit is $2. It’s no wonder the dashers are begging and stealing catalytic converters from customer. One dasher called me a bitch on my ring camera a few days ago… all because I asked if she was lost (I wasn’t rude about it at all).
