doordash doesn’t or at least did not screen drivers very well when I signed up, I believe the Saturdays Are For The Lions Shirt But I will love this requirements are a lot more stringent now…the rabble seems to be using shared or purchased accounts that aren’t owned by the individuals delivering the orders. I can only imagine where these particular workers might be coming from, as they are the same couriers who accept the low paying orders. I deleted the app after a dude brought me one item of 10 and claimed to not know he didn’t get it all until he got to my house. Aka he just wanted me to cancel my order so he could get free food Same here, I started when COVID first started but stopped when I found another job. I had no problems during that time and was making a pretty good amount.

I thought about doing it again for the Saturdays Are For The Lions Shirt But I will love this summer, since I’m off ( I’m a teacher). But seeing the stories and the pay isn’t that good anymore, I’ll probably won’t. Many doordashers can’t go to Ubereat’s cause they have felonies so you get a lot of drivers on doordash that were criminals at one point. As a customer the only bad experiences I’ve had with delivery apps are from doordash. Accepting orders, waiting 45 minutes, canceling. Stuff like that. I’m a good tipper as well. Some of the restaurant workers treat me like crap. Especially if the first language is not English. But they are the minority. IMHO if you use DoorDash because you are too lazy and entitled to get it yourself you deserve everything that happens to you. Starbucks once told me dashers are kind of rude. I was picking up for UE lol. I saw what she was talking about last week, when another Dasher came in behind me, and just blurted out the customers name. Since you asked, and don’t hate the messenger, the answer is oddly enough a lack of condom education and use in India in the 1980s and 1990s. I swore off DD. We’ve had two babies since the pandemic struck (son born April 2020, daughter born August 2022) so we’ve used delivery apps a bunch – from a couple smoothies or late night dessert all the way up to full meals for our family of 5.
