Most of this BS comes from the The Three Stogges 101st anniversary 1922-2023 thank you for the memories signatures shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this manufacturers/suppliers. PB seem to be unwilling to lean on their suppliers for better support, probably because they lean on them so hard for price. I will keep shopping at PB because the simple fact is, with some exceptions, they are the cheapest place to buy all the brands, across the board. I work in IT and my company has accounts with all the main suppliers. I cannot purchase stuff for myself (let alone for customers) at a price comparable to PB. PB is ALWAYS cheaper, every time I’ve looked anyways. Graphics Cards, Mobos, Ram, CPU, Coolers, SSD’s, HDD’s, Monitors, full systems, I can get them cheaper at PB than I can from the likes of Dove or Ingram or Dicker. Yeah I used to buy most of my tech from these assholes until I got a phone from them that had to go in for repairs within months of buying it. WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Just so arrogant, rude and pedantic. A guy next to me was almost tearing his hair out trying to get them to listen about an issue with his laptop they said they’d fixed but hadn’t. Swore off them after that. They’ve lost my business and my family won’t buy from them either.

My greater family has a business blacklist. We present our case and they either go on a watch list or black list. It could be worth contacting the manufacturer’s support team – maybe DM support on social media? Sometimes they’ll sort you out directly for the sake of good consumer relations/brand loyalty – something that a retailer might not be that focused on. Why is PB Tech bagged so much? They’re my go to and I can’t say I’ve ever had a problem with their products? Is this just pure luck or what?
