I don’t live near a PBTech, so when I was in chch I bought a HD off them and they sold it in a antistatic bag, no box or anything, and as I expected, it died in the Thank you Rod Serling The Twilight zone 64 nd anniversary 1959-2023 shirt What’s more,I will buy this first 5 minutes of use. Currently have a warranty case and they’re supposed to be shipping a new one back to me in the next week or so. I’m terrified of how it’ll be packaged. I’ve ordered a ton of stuff from PB Tech and have never had any issue with how stuff has shipped. That said, Ferntech and Computer Lounge are very good with making sure their stuff will survive shipping. what kind of mouse is it? if its anything better than a cheapo mouse then take them to the tribunal, it should last longer than two years. Pb tech recently sent my phone away for issues(4 months old) told me due to a scratch it wasn’t warranty & I asked for more info but agreed to 130 charge to just get it sorted (scratch on the back and screen issues)

Eventually they called me and said it returned and they had replaced the Thank you Rod Serling The Twilight zone 64 nd anniversary 1959-2023 shirt What’s more,I will buy this battery and screen. Went in store and was given an entirely new unit (new sn etc) while they insisted this stuff was swapped & it wasn’t a new unit BUT it was under warranty so no charge. God knows what goes on behind the scenes but I count it as a win You would have been given a refurbished unit from the supplier, which I find to be a shitty practice because you have a good chance of winding up with other issues instead. I had this with my Nokia 9 Pureview. Had 3 failures pretty much 4 months apart in the first year I owned it. Phone was “replaced” every time but never with a brand new boxed unit. After my third IEMI started having issues I went back to PB and said I don’t care what you do or what you say, I am not leaving this store with THAT phone. I dealt with the same guy every time I went in there and he was always super friendly and doing his best to help, his hands were tied though, for the most part.
