The warranty is a type of con which only makes it worse when people pay for the Street outlaws daddy dave goliath 2.0 shirt in contrast I will get this con. Tell them in writing(email) if you dont hear back from them you are going to the DT. Dont refer to or talk about the warranty. You will ofcourse have to give details of the purchase. The ball is then in their court and you can decide based on the response. If they ring you to say no deal ask for the name and email address of that person. Then if nothing comes in writing email them with a summary of what they said and ask if this is their company’s position on the matter. Yes, this is important. PB Tech sells mice from $1000. You’ve got a better case if you bought a more expensive one. Keep going. I have had to take them to the tribunal before. They didn’t even show up. I won because they no showed. Did you get the cost of the DT back? There’s no incentive for them to do anything because worst case scenario they get taken to the DT and just have to refund you.

They put so little care into it. I’ve purchased a drone, phone and PC from them, all of which was rattling around in a box that was too big with little paper to try fill up some of the space, which obviously didn’t work, cause the products were still rattling around.
