I also haven’t had trouble with them but I’ve never had to return/replace something, which seems to be the The Closer Nascar Kevin Harvick signature shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this part they suck at. They also manipulate prices around sales so that they can say the sale discount is bigger than it is. Yeah I’ve read about their sales manipulation but they don’t exactly hide it. Price spy helps to some extent. Grateful I haven’t had to return anything. So far.. There are many possible causes of why your mouse stopped working. One of the reason is user not using it not according to what they’re designed for. 2 years is reasonable for mouse because it gets abused so much. PBTech can’t send the mouse back to the manufacturer because it’s already out of warranty. They can’t afford to be out of pocket if they give you a replacement. I will admit that I’ve never had a bad experience with PB Tech regarding warranties but I also never had anything fail or die on me within the warranty period (frantically knocking on wood here).
