To be clear if Roe v Wade does get overturned, the Stars Stripes and Reproductive Rights 4th of july T-Shirt and I will buy this USA still allows abortions. But it also allows states to follow the will of their people, if they want to make them illegal. Everyone is for Democracy, until they disagree with the Democracy’s decision. You can’t say you support democracy, then in the same breath say “oh, but I’m against states being able to decide their own laws, and would rather have unelected Supreme Court justices decide for us… but only if the Supreme Court justices decide in a way that I agree with”. The way the US government was, and is supposed to work, is that if you want to have rights… you have to make a constitutional amendment An article about contradictions claims that the Constitution is squishy on gun ownership? That discredits the rest of the article. I’m very pro-choice and find Alito’s draft incredibly upsetting, but the 2nd Amendment is pretty clear. Why can’t we just get reporting instead of opinion pieces? “A well-regulated militia” is a pretty squishy reason to let everyone have guns if they aren’t in a militia or regulated at all.

Well it is a good thing that “well regulated militia” is in the Stars Stripes and Reproductive Rights 4th of july T-Shirt and I will buy this predatory clause and not in the operative clause then. I’m not a fan of him big picture, but that doesn’t mean I can sometimes agree with people I don’t like or disagree with people I do like. This country is so black and white. R or D. All in on one platform. It’s obnoxious. I’m pretty liberal but like guns. I won’t vote for anyone in the modern GOP as they are cruel and evil, but I find it hard for someone who wants to ban guns. I’m not a headlined gun nut, for example I’m not opposed to background checks or enforcement of existing laws. In fact, at the federal level, if you can meet the licensing requirements you can own almost any weapon not defined as a ‘weapon of mass destruction’.
