I wouldn’t worry about this. You could even try mentioning to them that your really worried about this so your going to speak to a lawyer to get this resolved quickly see what they say Not personally as I was just working as a bartender, I am unsure of the Some grandmas take naps model railways shirt moreover I love this arrangement between the supervisor and the owners. The other members of staff are not being accused of giving away free drinks, but merely being “complicit” in letting it happen. Can’t see how you could be expected to do anything about a superior. They sound like awful people to work for. I hope the bar fails. Sounds like they are doing a cash grab to retain profit based on bullshit, the owner is a psychopath. Best to get another job, and find a lawyer to represent you all for the missing wages.

I’d let the Some grandmas take naps model railways shirt moreover I love this fired staff member know they’re doing this, with any documentary evidence they’ve given you. It sounds like they’re trying to scare you into perverting the course of justice on their behalf. I really wish to see the owner “taking the whole team to court” because the supervisor gave away too many free drinks to customers while hitting record profits LOL I’m sure the judge will laugh more than I am already doing. And they’ve blackmailed a now former employee to basically lie in court/to the police (ex-employee that having left I’m now sure has no reasons not to confirm this to the authorities). AND they’re withholding wages/tips of staff members that are on minimum wage and probably already having a difficult period of their life?
