My store cap 2 are one of the Quaterbacks Beware Pittsburgh Clothing Company Shirt in contrast I will get this only departments during that shift that doesn’t zone. We are too busy picking and scanning the entire backroom. along with pulling carts and pallets from the RDC truck we unloaded at the beginning of the shift and pulling the HVDC truck But yeah, each store is different. Our cap 2 only picks grocery (not frozen) and consumables along with dealing with the trucks. They don’t zone most of the time. Our coach and TLs have to pull a lot of the pallets to the floor for ON, And they get mad between 8:30-10pm (when their shift ends) if our coach asks them why they are just standing around the backroom talking. Our cap2 doesn’t zone either. It would be nice but they just unload the trucks from what I know and maybe do returns I probably spend at least an hour of my shift zoning, often the exact same sections multiple times throughout the day. Unlocked phone cases, chargers, funko pops and cds/records. Outside of TVs and sounds bars and the prior items mentioned most everything else is locked up. Haha. And I probably fill a basket a day of junk from other departments that the lazy trash dumps in our area. Once Walmart goes 100% online I have no idea where these kinds of people will go.

I have taken to dumping trash from other departments on HBA exclusively. I used to bother putting them in baskets and walking them to the Quaterbacks Beware Pittsburgh Clothing Company Shirt in contrast I will get this front, until I saw what recovery was doing – dumping their crap for RX on my pallet since ‘I was there anyways’, and it saved them time from not having to do their job. We have at least two overnight “stockers” with injuries that only zone and it is nowhere near enough. I think it would take much more than 5 people to get it done. We zone grocery after stocking and then proceed to our GM sections. We are usually suppose zone our GM sections after finishing them, but since we often are pushing until the last minute to get the freight done, GM zoning if often what gets neglected. (We are almost always shorthanded due to call outs.)
