Hell with that. I’d immediately make a backup hotel booking that can be cancelled, then tell this airbnb host that you’d prefer to both honor the Post Malone Signature 2023 Shirt it is in the first place but original booking contract. As a host, I haven’t heard about rate hike or additional fees. But if you’ve already booked, you locked in at a lower rate. We choose our rate. If he cancels you get full refund. He can follow his cancellation policy if you cancel – no matter the reason. As an airbnb host, I can be confident telling you IT IS A SCAM . Thats insane, some of these hosts give the rest of us a bad reputation. No wonder airbnb has been struggling for a couple years Only because more folks are trying their hand at a “free money hack”. Airbnb gets money no matter what, they don’t care if your occupancy is struggling, they don’t care if 1000 other airbnbs open up in your small town. If they’re each booked for one night, it’s more money for them.

In every host group though, you’ll see folks complaining about bookings sliding down. Veeeery few hosts have been able to increase bookings. OMG! I thought it was just us. We’re like in the Post Malone Signature 2023 Shirt it is in the first place but very top of our area for rates and 97% occupancy. Then in the last few months… It’s been okay, but demand has slackened and it’s summertime, our peak time. Le sigh. Is it just the NYC new rules thing where we all have to say we are “shared” spaces? Or is this across the country? u/birdsofterrordise can you share the group w me or tell me what’s going on? I think the market is starting to level – some hosts are leaving that never had properties where Airbnb was the right play to begin with. Supply and demand will smooth things out … Man, this host is bananas. I made a goof and messed up my pricing for this summer, and only realized after I had a few bookings already. I probably lost $3k, but that’s on me, and the guests got a smoking deal!
