Take care OP, and give yourself the Patrick Mahomes & Travis Kelce Kansas City Best Friends T-Shirt it is in the first place but time you need as you ease back in. I went through the same earlier this year, 6 months out due to mental health. I ended up having to leave the company as I couldn’t cope with re-engaging with the same people that caused me the problem but still starting a new thing was difficult. I go through episodes of needing mental health days, and I take them, but I’ve had so much time off with it and I get so anxious about the whole ordeal that it really puts me off. I’m at the point now that I really don’t know what to do. My only solution, in my mind, is find another job and hope that a change in employment gives me a breath of fresh air. I can reset my sickness history, start over with a new impression and hopefully be a better employee.
