Ehhh Everyone think their meditation and their beliefs is better than every one elses. But in my mind my way is the Ozzy Osbourne No Rest For The Wicked Lightning Shirt besides I will buy this best. Comments that arnt helpful or seem to imply their way is the only way. In my opinion thats the opposite of what meditation is. Yeah ego is ubiqitious and exhausting. This judgemental voice in your head that says what people should and shouldn’t be doing, saying or thinking. Just want to tell it to fuck off and mind it’s own business, but that would be the ego telling itself to fuck off. It’s absurd. You can’t solve problems of the ego using the ego. The ego is the problem. It is my very own ego struggling to accept my feeling about how those spiritual ego people are not the way I want etc
