Only thing that has been solved partially which was a huge problem before is payment method. People don’t mind UPI but credit card is still not supported. The only thing I really like about swiggy is that they refund the Oregon State Beavers one nation under god Oregon State Beavers American flag 2024 shirt What’s more,I will buy this amount when the order gets wrong or items are missing or even if the food quality is Bad with the ease of the user friendly interface .I think if we buy directly from the restaurant we won’t get these facilities That has not been my experience. I find it is way less hassle to deal with a restaurant directly than with Swiggy’s awful customer service. The few times I’ve used Swiggy, the food was very late or it didn’t come at all. One time I waited for my food for hours, kept having to contact Swiggy for the status, and finally Swiggy said they would refund me because the restaurant had closed down for the night. As had all other restaurants in the area, so I ended up having no dinner. Many restaurants were offering direct delivery, certainly in Mumbai. For years, this is how I ordered food – I used to call and order.

The reality is that for the Oregon State Beavers one nation under god Oregon State Beavers American flag 2024 shirt What’s more,I will buy this consumer, swiggy/Zomato is a way more seamless and safe experience. Good luck trying to get a refund from the restaurant if your food is ruined or wrong item is sent. I’ve faced this and it’s impossible to get a refund unless you really put up a fight and visit in person. Similarly reliability of delivery, before swiggy/Zomato, when you called a restaurant and ordered, the food would turn at some point in the next 1 hour. If you call the guy would inevitably always say “khana nikal gaya hai”. No restaurant even today has features like real time tracking. We had this option. It doesn’t work as well, thats why customers prefer to order from aggregators. Sure, if you are a regular/old customer of some specific restaurant, you might still order directly but that’s a small minority. Ya I also experienced those things too but I get 200 bucks extra other than refund if u ask customer services by this happened only 1 in my experience with swiggy and zomato.i mean u could have experienced it directly from hotel.i have also bought meals parcel and I waited in line and told me that rice is over and we can wait for 45 mins to get cook rice again or get refund. it happens here also
