Keep it in mind, if you request it as pto and you don’t have any then it’ll pull from ppto. If you don’t have pto yet then you’re better off showing your managers the Official mr. White chemistry class shirt moreover I will buy this policy about how they’re not supposed to deny it for that reason Whether you have pto at the time shouldn’t affect whether they approve it. But if you request it as pto and you don’t have pto as of the day the request was for, then the system automatically tries to pull from ppto to cover the pay for it. So if you really requested it as pto (not unpaid) and didn’t have pto for it and it didn’t pull from ppto then that’s really odd Would I get pointed for it? I definitely didn’t have enough to cover the days and I only had 3-4hrs of ppto last time I checked Not if it gets approved in advance. Whether it’s approved as pto, ppto or unpaid time off in advance, then you can’t be scheduled for that day. And regardless of your balances before or during that the day the request is for, if you aren’t scheduled then you can’t get points for anything. If it’s requested as pto or ppto and you don’t have enough to cover it by the time the day of the request comes around then the rest of the time for it would just be unpaid

I always make my requests over a month in advance so it was before the Official mr. White chemistry class shirt moreover I will buy this new schedule was out anyway. I’ll have to check when I’m clocked in to access the full system cos I can’t seem to find the policy anywhere Are you talking about the policy where they can’t deny a time off request just because it’s unpaid? That’s not available to view off the clock or from home but it’s towards the bottom of the 4th photo here Wow a friend of mine request unpaid time off to see a family friend that was very sick and got denied…. The person passed away a few days ago and my friend never got the chance to see the family friend. This is infuriating! Some managers are dumb. The company (at least my BU) is majorly focused on wage reduction right now. You know a good way to reduce wages? Let people take unpaid time off. You literally don’t have to pay them.
