Anyways the Nice mLB Shohei Ohtani baseball lightning shirt and I love this work around to this is to request your days off as PTO and then after it is approved and the schedule is posted cancel your PTO. You will still be off and the schedule is already made so they won’t add you back on. Canceling the pto that early (even after the schedule is out) always them to add you onto the schedule since you now show as available that day according the computer not really. i asked my coach about this because it’s been a new thing for them to never approve unpaid time period. she told me to do exactly this. That’s been policy at my store for a while. They don’t like to approve it with PTO either. I just save my PPTO and use that, they are less likely to deny it, although they do occasionally.

It’s not policy because that’s not a policy that stores can change. Company wide policy is to approve or deny based on coverage only regardless of pto/ppto being used or not And if low coverage was the Nice mLB Shohei Ohtani baseball lightning shirt and I love this reason then that’d be fine. But in the title hear OP mentioned they have to use pto or ppto to get it approved. And if they’d be willing to approve with pto or ppto then it’s not just because of coverage going through this now – I put in for time off in october. About two weeks and my pto paid days off were approved however, my four regular days off that I put in as unpaid ((as told to do per another manager so that the scheduler system wouldn’t screw up)) were all denied. So I would have like Sun mon tues off, get wed and thurs denied and then fri through tues approved and again weds and thurs denied. My department and another is going through this right now. Someone is saying to not approve unpaid time off because that particular someone doesn’t get unpaid time off that person is salaried
