I once had a customer get really mental when i wouldn’t help him carry some drywall, as that wasn’t part of my job and I was busy with other more important hings. I told him several times that if you gonna buy heavy stuff you have to bring your own help, but we also had a wagon for it but he just yelled and insulted me, which didn’t help his case. Eventually my manager helped him, even though she wasnt supposed to. Goes on a rant saying “the money I spend here pays your salary” yeah just like the tax dollars that are taken out of my check pays for your food stamps. Lol

Another older guy got really mad because he didn’t understand how the Nas Magic 3 Album Signature Shirt it is in the first place but core charge refund worked for old batteries. He was claiming he should’ve never been charged the core fee and now we owe him 2 core fee refunds. This guy wasn’t getting it at all. An old man mumbled something and I asked was there something he needed help finding. He told me to mind my own fucking business That reminds me of a customer from quite a few years back. He was raging because we didn’t have something he wanted or needed from hardware/ paint around11pm. He was literally just cursing and ranting and one of my co-workers asked him if they could help him, he responded by saying something along the lines of saying the workers were all stupid sons of bitches or something as he briskly pushed past her. My co-worker responded very quickly “You better be talking about your momma!” He was like “What?!” Completely bewildered and she repeated. “That’s right, you better be talking about your momma!” He just walked away so confused and eventually left the store. I don’t think he expected anyone to talk back because he already shit down like two other associates throats. Plus she is around her late 50’s early 60’s, so I don’t think he saw that coming haha.
