When he was approached and informed he couldn’t park there, dude freaked out and demanded a manager, threatening to kick the cart guys ass, calling him special needs, etc. Of course, manager did nothing but let him stand there and be abusive. No one had a clue why he snapped. Just didn’t like being told he couldn’t do something, I guess. A customer asked for a item we didn’t sell and know we didn’t sell because I been in the department for years and never seen as I stocked . Insisted that we did and asked for management to come. When management got there they asked me if we sold it and I told them no One time this old lady went off because we needed to see her ID for a check. She went off on the poor cashier and the self check host near by, she assumed they were a csm because they were wearing a yellow vest. She even went off on the service desk people. When a manager finally did show up and talked to her she went off on them too. Eventually she just left.

I had a older guy just yesterday talk to my manager bc I was picking and he walked up next to me and pretended like he was trying to take something off of my cart. I just stared at him weirdly bc I didn’t know what he was trying to do and was a little freaked out. He then laughs and says “oh come on, smile a little” and my involuntary response was “ew”. I guess he got upset by that and went to another ogp associates and asked for our manager. Made up a whole story about how I was extremely rude and cursed at him, when I told the Laurel And Hardy 97th Anniversary 1927 – 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirt and I will buy this manager my side he was like “yeah that makes more sense” lmao I’m dyslectic with numbers. I read out the total wrong sometimes. Usually reading the middle part first. Sometimes I don’t realize I did it, but, I usually always turn the display towards the customer once I hit total.
