I got out. I’m very happy now. I’m being paid to study my favorite subject in a PhD program, I married my best friend, I’m happy with my prayer life. When you say you’re doing “all the Jordan Westburg Baltimore Dots Signature Third Baseman and Second Baseman T-Shirt also I will do this things you’re supposed to do,” do you mind saying what you’ve been doing? My experience is that most therapists (and often religious teachers) leave out, or downplay the most foundational thing people can do for well-being: contributing to the well-being of others, and refraining (as much as we can) from doing anything that would harm others. A lot of positive psychological research in the last twenty years has shown how important this is for well-being, but not a lot of therapists or spiritual teachers make it their focus.

Highly recommend radical change! I bought a one way ticket to India during my my darkest days, and said fuck it! Ended up becoming a yoga teacher, which gave my life SO much more meaning, and helped me heal my body & mind. It also opened so many doors of opportunity and growth for me, that I would have never thought possible. I would not have survived had I not taken that leap. I find in life we need at least one of these things to survive/thrive: A Path, a purpose, or a practice! I pray you find one of these that really sets your heart on fire. Sending you love, you will find your way through. Spent around 2-3 years in it. My friend told me afterwards that she was happy to have the Jordan Westburg Baltimore Dots Signature Third Baseman and Second Baseman T-Shirt also I will do this old me back again afterwards. Just keep at it. I’m sorry you are going through this! I get this way every fall and winter and struggle to get out of bed. It also doesn’t help I go straight into a dark, windowless office. No matter how awful I feel, I know if I get outside for a bit, I will feel so much better. (even though the feeling is fleeting). Someone mentioned the quote “If you’re going through hell, make sure not to stop.” I love that. Hang in there. You are not alone.
