Having 4 queens I think was a better idea than when Miley had 400 queens on. That number was utter chaos. Of course Madonna’s show (the It’s Me Hi I’m The Teacher It’s Me Birthday T-Shirt but in fact I love this smaller one in NYC with Bob hosting) directly featured queens performing her past hits. That of course was about showcasing queens. Here the queens were background but I think still shined. And I think the camerawork is all pre-planned and simply had to focus on the star. Now let’s see Trixie Mattel and Orville Peck on the CMT Awards, and their videos in rotation and that will be actually amazing in a different way. But overall, this is a positive. Overall it’s still a conspiracy to force Kennedy to perform country music, like when she was a misused lipsync assassin, but here it just totally worked. And the director was fine with them lipsyncing along for fun. Overall it was great.

“if you go down, i’m going down too ?️‍? // thank you to these iconic queens @manilaluzon @kennedyddoftx @janjanjan @theolivialux and @cmt for celebrating love, self expression, and performance.” One commenter says: “This is not it.” Someone responds to the It’s Me Hi I’m The Teacher It’s Me Birthday T-Shirt but in fact I love this bigot simply with “You should probably not be a parent.” I’m not reading any more comments but I’m sure Kelsea pissed some bigots off so that’s always a win. She’s getting a lot of people saying they will unfollow (from people who probably won’t actually). Kelsea clearly doesn’t give a fuck. I get what you’re saying but my comment has nothing to do with the girl singing. That’s why I specifically stated “camera operator”…. Yeah, I went off I know. Still I wonder if the performer has any say over the camera work. They definitely have to have a blocking rehearsal and the performers see where the cameras are. I guess it’s all connected. I never have watch the CMTA. What I don’t know is I they would normally show some audience reactions during the performances.
