If they don’t give you a pay rise in 3mos, you’ll at least have 3mos experience in the role to leverage at another company At the moment, new skill set for your resume and CV. At age 25, I was suddenly the manager of a couple of dispatchers, an older lady who I’m pretty sure took over the job from Jesus himself, and my replacement – the daughter of the warehouse manager who decided that because her dad was WHM, she didn’t have to listen to me, even though I was her boss.
