id tell them to kick rock in the Dog Friendly Food Motivated People Selective Dog Vintage shirt Apart from…,I will love this most Professional way possible. you understand business needs have changed drastically but you were hired for a particular job and they are asking for additional work from you which will require additional compensation. you fully respect the need that the offer may be temporary for a period. say you will take on the manager position as a temporary contract of 3 months with additional pay for that time and if they decide at the end of that 3 month period you take the promotion permanently or return to your original position what they want is to find a outside person who will do the work for as cheaply as possible and never offer you the position. that means you do the work and never get the advancement.
