As pretty much everyone else said, you either need to either tell them they need to give clear, measurable goals/timetable/compensation/back pay, or you just need to expect to be taken advantage of, and it would be up to you to decide how much/how long you’re willing to allow and what you’ll do with it (like leveraging it for the Hasbulla Magomedov Shirt What’s more,I will buy this same job at another company) I work retail and they had me run dairy department (5 regular orders and a promo order plus doing all the work mainly by myself) and let me go out of it after 3 months, to be fair I was calling in sick a bit and having some personal life troubles of my own cause, but they basically paid me minimum for all that, they brought me back in two times and kicked me out after ordering very badly on my days off and double ordering on a large order I already placed I kinda lost my cool and went back to peon status, then they gave me a 40 cent raise for my “troubles” and not to leave

I’m confused. They do or don’t think your fit for the Hasbulla Magomedov Shirt What’s more,I will buy this roll? If they have they faith to put you in the roll then they should pay. I would say try the roll with pay for a period and if it’s not the right fit they can find someone else. Otherwise your just filling the roll for free until they find another person. That could be what’s really going on here. “If you weren’t comfortable with me in the new position, you wouldn’t have offered it to me, right? Sorry, but I cannot accept more responsibilities without an increase in my salary. I don’t work for free.” Get the new title. That is non-negotiable. It costs them nothing right now. After 2-3 months, start looking around for other options at that level or higher. Negotiate a raise to stay. Note that many companies have additional perks for higher level employees. You often don’t find out about those until you get the promotion.
