You won’t feel like this will do anything for you, but when you managed to do it, there will be something happening inside you. You might not notice it, because it’s overshadowed by the bad feelings. After you’ve done it, tackle another thing or take a break. But remember that you did something! You can then tell yourself that you can do it again. Then repeat this process. Gradually increasing the amount of things you do again. And then include things that are fun. At first you may not notice it, but it will get better if you just keep going. And always remember: It’s ok to take breaks and always appreciate the things you have done. It’s hard in that condition and that’s why it’s worth acknowledging, even if it’s something very mundane.
