I’ve been where you are. I went through something very devastating last year and for a few months my mental health was free falling to the Grinch Hat Santa Houston Astros Gift Christmas 2023 Shirt in other words I will buy this point that I was pretty sure that I’m not going to be able to make it past this year. I even made arrangements incase something goes terribly wrong. I had therapists and a whole bunch of meds but no support system. I told my parents about this and they brushed it off and blamed the whole thing on me. It was the worst few months in my life. The only thing which kept me hanging was ‘ok my life is super shit but I was also a super shit musician at one point but I’m not anymore, i didn’t give up on music then so I shall not give up on life now’ sorry if that sounds like a generic cookie cutter recovery experience but I’ve realised that the most profound ideas which shape my outlook on life aren’t the ones I’ve read in books or seen in TV – its simple everyday stuff that I’ve truly understood.

When my meds didn’t work, I used things like Kratom or cannabis capsules just go get through the Grinch Hat Santa Houston Astros Gift Christmas 2023 Shirt in other words I will buy this day. They made me feel less terrible temporarily. I understood that although I can’t change a lot of the external issues in my life, I can change how I respond to it internally. If chugging a whole glass of green sludge makes me feel less driven to constantly cry and act out in the most terrible ways then the facilities required to not constantly cry and act out in the most terrible ways exist within me I just need to somehow get control of my internal responses to things. I have ADHD so a part of me was glad to find another problem to solve. I came up with my ways of working on things internally and eventually I got to a point where I found the strength in me to change some outside triggers of my pain. Things aren’t perfect right now and I still feel horribly alone sometimes but that’s okay.
