I slept an hour and half less every night and felt more refreshed. Felt like I needed less because I was thinking less and using my energy only as needed. And the thing was I still wasn’t overly excited. I was just happy and this was something I was working on and a good funnel for my energy. I wasn’t telling people this at the time like I am now (I’m not quite the same as my last obstacle sucked me back with new heart breaking information but one day) These were all just positive by products of being present and I didn’t even know what presence and all that as back then. I didn’t need things from people or from life anymore. It had so much suddenly. Overall, it was a great time highly recommend. But I guess it was just turning towards the Grinch Hat Santa Dallas Cowboys Gift Christmas 2023 Shirt it is in the first place but pain long enough over time until you can understand it more because otherwise your life will be miserable forever. Your happiness can only come in through full expression of the pain. They are connected. I have been in revising depression for 15 years. Only this year I understood what was happening and how everything fit together. Depression probably has an essential function for survival. It could be linked to fighting off illnesses. A lot of people with depression have increased inflammation markers in their blood, so this supports this theory. Since humans are social beings, it would make sense that we withdraw from others when we’re ill. Also we shut down all activity to conserve energy for healing. I always imagine it like being in the stone age, you get sick, so you get away from the group to not infect them to, you roll up in a deep dark cave and wait for the illness to pass. That’s basically what depression does to you. You feel miserable, because your body does not want you to go out and interact. The problem with this is, that we aren’t in primal times anymore. We are much more intelligent and are able to think. Because we do think even more when we are in depression, we get stuck in a loop. Our thoughts get dark and we think we will never get better, so we stay in that deep dark hole. This will make our body think there is still something wrong and he will keep us in that state.
