No one can meet the Gene Wilder & Gilda Radner shirt in addition I really love this responsibilities with the authority. Add all of your new job responsibilities to your resume and your LinkedIn/Monster/Indeed profiles and start looking for a job. Them telling you they cannot give you more money is bullshit. They just saved themselves 150 k by getting rid of the director for fuck sake. 1,228 more repliesAs someone who is at the VP level, promises are important today, but the crisis will be different tomorrow. Make sure you have everything important in writing, at least in email. If they don’t get around to it, send them a summary of what you heard, any changes you want to see, and ask for them to reply back to indicate they agree. If they stall or pressure you, politely and cheerfully insist they respond to your email. Your boss got terminated which means they are serious. You need to clearly indicate that you are serious too, and that means you won’t be taken advantage of, won’t be a fall guy/gal, and aren’t fresh off the turnip truck. Since the title comes with new responsibilities, you are owed additional compensation, whether you perform at 100% on day one or not. You get paid for being trained on the job, not the other way around.

On the Gene Wilder & Gilda Radner shirt in addition I really love this other side, you now work for the man. It is very hard to go from being a peer to being a boss. You are no longer friends with any of them. You can’t hang out after work, you can’t play favorites, and you absolutely are not their advocate to the company, unless their need is in the best interest of the company, and you better be able to quantify that. The decisions that are yours to make are very small. You will learn that your boss was told what to do by their boss (repeat ad nauseam) and your only real decision is how to best sell the shitty decisions, who to hire to help you best meet the company’s goals, and how to best deal with interpersonal disputes between co-workers or employees and customers.
