If you’re just in a seat at a normal arena like for a NBA game you’ll have nothing to worry about, it’ll be too loud for the people next to you to even hear you if you’re singing along or yelling or whatever. Have fun, maintain awareness of your surroundings. Things may get a bit intense, but aside from the inevitable couple of assholes metalheads tend to be pretty good about looking out for each other. Wear ear plugs, drink water. My first concert was Korn when I was 27. One thing that I suggest is bring with you ear plugs, no matter how far you are. I didn’t know it and it left me with my ear ringing the whole night and almost half of the next day. Oh and don’t forget water, but know that if you don’t have any seat it’s going to be difficult going to the toilet and find the same spot back. Have a nice concert!!! ?

It’s going to be loud, sweaty, intense, maybe even a bit scary but there is nothing to worry about. Bring ear plugs and don´t be afraid to talk to strangers. I am about 180cm, relatively slim. When I watched Rammstein, I stood up front. It was me and seemingly 2000 ppl who were 200cm and wide as bulls. They would wave their hands around uncontrollably to the music, and apparently 200cm ppl hands are mostly waived in 180cm height, so the meaning of headbanging took on a whole new meaning for me.
