Moving forwards, if you’re being clocked out for 45 mins without being paid, I’d suggest refusing to work during your break and taking the Funny bardy 58th anniversary 1964 2021 thank you for the memories signature shirt What’s more,I will buy this full 45 mins. If it becomes an issue for your manager then point out that you don’t work for free, and you’re happy to be paid overtime on top of your unpaid 45 min break for any additional time you’re required to work on top of your contracted hours. If you aren’t taking breaks because you are being prevented from doing so then this is a breach of national minimum wage legislation. If its the latter then stop working for free. Go on your break and don’t lift a finger to help anyone or do anything until your break is over. Probably a Maccy’s policy that mandatory breaks must be taken and if the store flags up as having people not taking breaks then they get questioned on staffing levels.

Of course, if you didnt get the Funny bardy 58th anniversary 1964 2021 thank you for the memories signature shirt What’s more,I will buy this extra 30 added on then kick off a little and explain from here on you will be taking the full 45 as you dont like working for free. This is the answer. I used to work at maccies and this is what they would do to hide people not taking their full breaks when we were understaffed. So I’d suggest double checking this and then if not, asking for your 30 mins to be added Take your break. They probably don’t have any allocated OT and can’t pay you more than your contracted hours. You either take your break or work the extra for free unless you’ve agreed with your Manager to be paid OT. You working extra time for free in the example you’ve given is kind of on you unless your manager agreed to pay you for the extra 30 mins which sounds unlikely.
