Well like idk I just feel afterwards like I’m invincible but not in a imma fight everyone more of no one will hurt me or my mom ever again kinda invinsible. And that invinsible feeling calms my anxiety while heightening up my awareness makes me feel like I’m ready for anything, be it a fight or something (I was also a fire fighter and this Fire-Cashman The Line Shirt in addition I really love this mentality used to help me be prepared for anything) Is it like having an emotional ‘flashback’, and you seek to control this state of being, rather than it control you? Is it like your anger ‘explodes’, and you are seeking ways to ‘unleash’ it; keeping it under your control but benefiting for its heightened awareness and power? It’s more of no more flight only fight instinct, and visually I go back to being a small child and seeing alot of things only for them to push me into acting, irl my body and mind just enter a blind rage where I have a tantrum and usually lock myself in my home gym or run away to nature, I’ve lost every job I have over this

Fire-Cashman The Line Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

And yea I wanna benefit from the Fire-Cashman The Line Shirt in addition I really love this heightened awareness and power, at work I can push myself to enter a state of ego driven anger and lift more than most or work faster than others kinda like an athlete angering themselves to work better or talking negative to themselves (I do that alot) There’s a couple of things I’ll offer for you to think about, it’s a lot of writing and there’s a short technique at the end, so you might want to copy and paste this into a doc or something. the healing part. It could help you to talk though these old events that still haunt you. Therapy would be the best way of doing this. A good therapist can help you rationalise how you feel. Your mind and body have become automatically ‘tuned’ to high risk because it was exposed to high risk whilst it was developing in early life. This can happen to us as children in a number of different ‘themes’ like war, poverty, abuse, bullying, and sometimes a combination of these themes making our trauma response ‘complex’.
