Why do you need anger or aggression? You can be silent like warrior. You should be aware about your actions, that’s it. Sorry kinda a vent but I’ve tried everything for peace, and recently I was told my stress was killing me (weak heart from anxiety and panic attacks) only time I feel truly free is when I have an angry tantrum or do dangerous self destructive stuff…I know it’s wrong so I do it in a way where I won’t harm anyone but myself Yea but my anxiety comes from fears of not being ready for a fight or something…like I tore the Eric Young World Class Maniac shirt besides I will buy this ligaments on my leg, I pushed myself to walk in a month which was supposed to take 3 just outta fear of being useless or defenseless I have it’s never worked out for me, I’ve been to multiple religions also idk I just can’t trust anyone or anything other than myself

I’m 28 years old and all my life has been trauma, even now I live with my parents to help them out as they are sick and my family ruins every opportunity or way of success for me, if not that they push me aside or put me off as a failure or the Eric Young World Class Maniac shirt besides I will buy this bad child while my younger siblings do whateve they want, besides that idk why I attract the worst in people, relationship wise or even just random people, so I gotta be angry, tough to protect myself, I’ve tried finding peace but only through channeling anger or survival emotions do I get things to go my way. Because of constant trauma, you have gone into defense mode. Like your flight and fight mode is always on. You should heal yourself. I can’t, I have mental storming, I have legit brain damage from the things I saw as a kid…and everytime I try to heal myself something has to pop up that reignites my toxicity, last time I found peace was around 3 years ago and I was the happiest I’ve been for months….then our house got broken into and I had to defend my family…idk it’s stuff like that Ironically active meditation is my favorite, my adopted father (brother) taught me as he’s a martial arts instructor…also walking meditation…but I also like visualizing meditation being in nature and experiencing it…I guess I’ve been reading up on warriors who used to imagine battlefields and I’ve been doing that to to hype myself up for the day, kinda toughen myself up and be ready (I’m seriously new to meditation as I recently found theirs more than just two types or that even praying is a meditation for some)
