Mid 40s and while the Extra Chromosome Extra Awesome Ribbon Blue And Yellow T-Shirt But I will love this fit and proportions have changed, my color, pattern and structural preferences haven’t. Examples of what I mean: I’ve always worn blazers, but they’ve been cropped, fitted, and oversized. I favour dresses over pants, and tend towards very simple styles, so I find variations on the current trend that are closer to that (ie I do not have a single dress with those layers of boho ruffles.) I have stuck with wide legged pants all along, even when they were tough to find! I wear mostly black, grey, and shades of blue and purple. Plaid and other strong patterns never feel right no matter how on trend they are (even in the 90s grunge period, I didn’t own a flannel and I’m Canadian!) etc

Extra Chromosome Extra Awesome Ribbon Blue And Yellow T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I had a go-to uniform in college that I honestly want to revisit now because it was so stinkin cute – skinny jeans, tall combat boots, graphic T-shirt, flannel, faux leather jacket, knit hat and pashmina scarf. I still haven’t replaced that jacket roughly 10 years later, but now I miss it so much I know it’ll be worth investing in a real leather one. Now I mostly wear a solid color T-shirt and oversize cardigan or neutral (usually cream) colored sweater with ripped mom jeans if I’m leaving the Extra Chromosome Extra Awesome Ribbon Blue And Yellow T-Shirt But I will love this house or high-waisted joggers if I’m staying in. I haven’t figured out the shoes for straight and wide-legged jeans yet. I have a pair of air jordans that work, but mainly for casual looks. I can never decide whether I need to go with chunky white sneakers, lug-sole chelsea boots or something else for a default shoe. I’ve had to stop wearing flats without socks when it’s cold due to raynaud’s.
