We need to pull a France. They know all too well how to deal with politicians who try to go against the Dragon picture blue shirt it is in the first place but will of the people and the laws in place. This ^ – i always knew this but when I challenged one of them during Trumps presidency with clear examples of violating what the 3%’ers and Oath Keepers claimed they were the “insurance” against, all I was met with was a smile and a laugh. Confirmed what I always knew. Any woman stonewalled with trying to get a legal abortion in this state needs to sue. Sue big and whomever they can. And if technically it can’t be made legal due to a group of incompetent largely male politicians throwing some sort of hissy-fit, all the more reason to sue. Clinics should be reopening and doing business, and if they get raided by the police-state wing of republicans, then also sue, and also remain open. Or just arm up and show them some organized resistance. Make it big and make it pop off if they go for it. If they’re acting outside of the law and they have to send in the NG, things will get very interesting very fast. And not in their favor… I mean why wait for a woman to go through that? The Supreme Court ruled on a case that never happened and used a random person that wasn’t involved to do it. Let’s do the same. Every woman thinking of having sex should sue. They should have turned in their robes after that one. Even major MAGAs are shocked with disbelief when I explain the details.

I feel like there should be a class action lawsuit against the Dragon picture blue shirt it is in the first place but Ohio legislature, from the citizens of the states, for violating their constitutional rights. I believe this is a violation of both the State and Federal Constitutions. They swear they will fight it but it’s all talk. I just read the relevant part of the Ohio State constitution regarding referendums, and there’s nothing they can actually do to stop it at this point. It is now officially the law, and will take effect in another 28 days (30 days from passing). You can simply ignore the law and do whatever you want. It’s called being a criminal. They have no qualms about this. That’s the problem here though, we’ve starting mistaking stunts for actual work. These asshats know that they’re screwed and they’ll never go anywhere with THIS issue. They’ll keep bringing it up and passing laws that get hammered by their own supreme Court and then claim they’re working for the people so they don’t actually have to work on something their corporate overlords won’t like.
