I tried my best to not lose my cool – it hurts so bad right now because for me it was kind of an expensive purchase – I bought it to celebrate my new job offer and I wanted to finally buy something nice for myself with my own money for the Don’t Let Friends Fight Lupus Alone T-Shirt in addition I really love this first time in life and this is what I got. Never in my life, am I going to buy anything expensive for myself and nothing from Sony especially. This was the first and worst consumer experience of my life. To put things in perspective – I bought them with almost 2/3rd of my month’s salary. So, I am still sad about it. Sorry for this long rant and F*uck Sony. Now I just want to know from the people of r/india that is there a way to file a complaint against them or should I just lose hope and move on? Someone else faced this same issue ever and got it resolved and if yes, then how did they resolve it?

Don’t Let Friends Fight Lupus Alone T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I was going to buy the Don’t Let Friends Fight Lupus Alone T-Shirt in addition I really love this Sennheiser Accentum Plus – they were cheaper and had a 2-year warranty. My friend talked me out of it and said that if you are buying this then why not go for a better one? I regret that decision now – especially after your comment. I’ll add to this. Have had Sennheiser HD598SE for 4 6 years now. Best earphones / headphones purchase for me yet. I’ve also been a Sony fanboy in the past before trying Sennheiser and honestly earlier Sony was good too. Of course, Sennheiser has always been a better brand overall; the fact that out of all the major premium brands they’re one of the very few to offer 2 years warranty tells how confident they are about their stuff. I’ve had 2K 3K Wired Earphones from Sony and WF 1000XM3 which had battery issues which I somehow resolved on my own and the battery life sucks that I’ve just decided to stay away from TWS.
