Now, the December 1984 Limited Edition 40 Years Of Being Awesome T-Shirt in other words I will buy this only thing I could do was to go to a Sony service center. I searched for the closest one. The guy opened the earcups and showed me that there were droplets on the device – I said “Okay that’s a product defect – that it’s capturing so much moisture – because I already read about their non-water resistance when I was buying them – so I was pretty sure not to let any sweat (gym) or water near them ever. ” The moment I said this the guy took the cushion inside and squeezed it and a few droplets came out of it – I said again – I am 100% sure that the device has captured moisture and a product defect and said and I am quoting their exact words translated in English – “See, there is water inside your headphones and we are pretty sure sony headphones never capture moisture – so you’re lying and you have poured water on them. This product is out of warranty now. So, we can’t do anything for you.”

I was speechless after this and I got furious after listening to all the December 1984 Limited Edition 40 Years Of Being Awesome T-Shirt in other words I will buy this bullshit that came out of those guys mouths. I started defending my point by showing them Reddit posts where people faced the same problem but got a replacement (but it was USA – not India). The main uncle there was clueless and said what’s Reddit – India uncles with no clue of the world and attitude higher than the Burj Khalifa. The service guys started making fun of my situation that they see people like me every day?? WTF is that supposed to mean???? Now, they are asking me for 18,000 rupees if I want a replacement and 9-10,000 rupees if I want to repair them. This is so pathetic and sad. And they know I won’t pay this much ever. This is so shitty behavior from their side.
