I WFH remotely, full time. So through that, I was able to realize my aspirational “work wardrobe” was unnecessary. So I focused down on what my actual lifestyle is, vs what I think it should be. Mega glam etc. I was super into fashion and everything. It got more appropriate when I got to college age but still lots of dresses skirts heels just toned down. Then in my early 20s it was like wait I can be comfortable lol? And it was 100% tshirt and joggers with sneakers. And just learning that like being pretty isn’t my job? I can just exist and don’t owe anyone least of all myself to be pretty.
