Last place I went to gave me the Coriolanus Snow The FilmTour T-Shirt and I love this boxes to do it myself which tbh I prefer because I have some food preferences meaning I want to ensure certain foods don’t mix It’s probably 50/50 in my experience. Usually depends on how upscale the place is—but then Wetherspoons take it away to box it, so there’s no hard and fast rule. There’s an account on Instagram that I see content from occasionally, and the American person who runs it is clueless. “Here’s why we chose to live in major city instead of Ambleside or Portmeirion or Mousehole” etc etc. Daily updates about how ‘weird’ and ‘quirky’ the UK is. The privilege to be able to choose to live anywhere you like in a foreign country and to treat it like a theme park for your own amusement. FFS Small and busy kitchen plus an over enthusiastic pot wash kid. You’re getting given the tubs, or there’s a good chance you’re not getting your leftovers back.

Coriolanus Snow The FilmTour T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Our local Mexican will bring you a box to the Coriolanus Snow The FilmTour T-Shirt and I love this table. But it’s the only place I’ve ever been to that actually offers to let you take left overs tbh. It’s not often I’ve had enough leftover at a UK restaurant to warrant taking it home, but when I have asked to take the remainder home it is usually a box brought out to the table & we box it ourselves. Happened most recently about a week ago. I’ve had both happen, sometimes they bring the container over to you which honestly I prefer and sometimes they take it and pack it for you. Depends where you go. I think since COVID most restaurants have containers available for food delivery so can provide a box for you, but honestly I don’t normally think to ask unless I’m somewhere like Hickory’s, where it says on the menu to ask for a takeaway box. I agree most places will let you pack it yourself and I prefer that.
