Goodness gracious he’s absolutely adorable! My kitty was the Best corgi Sunflower Paws shirt in addition I really love this same but it all comes right in the end. Hang in there! Malcolm, you are so cute My two boys are 4 years old, I adopted them in September and I close the bedroom door on the weekends because 5 am post auto feeder breakfast zoomies are not compatible with sleep. You’re not a monster. He might grow out of it, might not. We just got a new boy that insists on sleeping on my pillow but then randomly paws at my nose and mouth with death mittens when I’m passed out. He gets a goodnight kiss and a “see you in the morning!” He now sits by the door as soon as he hears me get up No hard feelings. My Old Boy and I have our routine down pat. I start getting ready for bed around 9. He goes and waits for me on my pillow. I get to bed and he snuggles into my armpit while I read. Lights out and he gets tight in between arm and body, arms out of my shoulder or chest. about an hour later he decides he wants out and starts walking around my head until I get up and let him out of the bedroom. I close the door and wear earplugs because he’ll meow at different times of the night. 6:45 wake up and when I open the door he is sitting nose to it. Breakfast for him, coffee for me while watching the morning news. He stretches out on my lap when he’s down his breakfast.

Larry doesn’t get to sleep in our bedroom because our other cat does and she hates him. He had a dog friend who he slept out in the Best corgi Sunflower Paws shirt in addition I really love this loft with. But when my husband is away with the other cat, Larry sleeps with me. And at 3am he pokes me with his paw to let me know he wants out of the room. It’s annoying but I love him, and I’m willing to open the door for him. Even if it means my sleep schedule kinda sucks. I’ve had some really well behaved kittens except that they would get so comfy in bed they wouldn’t leave it to go to the litter box. Waking up in a wet bed and all that extra laundry was a one time thing! Nope, that’s just boundary-setting! Even animals understand that to a basic degree. You’re actually being a very good cat parent, I think! We put our bad kitty to bed in his own room at 10pm sharp, and he gets let out between 5-7am. He has water, a litter box, toys, a window with birds outside, and a timed feeder for breakfast. Sleeps through the night! And I know, because sometimes one of us sleeps in the guest room if we’re sick or cant sleep. Otherwise he’s an unholy terror from 3am onwards.
