My cat is a 10 years old oci-mix. It’s been 10 years of 3 am yelling, crying and craziness. Only way to get her to stop is to lock her into a room (we put her food, water and litter box there), and then she sleeps through the Best california highway patrol shirt moreover I will buy this night. She can open doors, so we literally have to lock the door. She is really sweet most other times though and I love her very, very much. I used to have to kick my sweet boy out of my room when he was a lil kitten too. He’s only a year old now, but he listens when I tell him to stop and that it’s bedtime. I’d find him curled up on the couch in the morning and I was just happy to see he’d finally just gotten some rest. You have to sleep. It’s necessary. And if kicking them out is a good fix, then do it. As long as they have access to their litter, water, and/or food (I know some people feed their cats on schedules others allow them to graze). You can feel bad, sure, but the kitty will forgive you.

A while after I got my cat I had to put him in this big cloth cat carrier THREE…. just THREE times because he was being an asshole to my other cat. Literally 20 minutes time out, zipper shut until he calmed down. This happened over a 2 week span after an incident where I found a stray cat and kept him in the Best california highway patrol shirt moreover I will buy this spare room overnight bc animal control was closed and my bro lost his goddamned mind over it and I had to semi reintroduce my cats to each other. Now ANY time he is being a bit too much for my lady cat and she hisses at him I say his name or get up to kind of just stand there he zooms over to that carrier and just hides in there. I literally haven’t had to put him in there for 2 or 3 years and he still zooms in there when he thinks he is in trouble.
