How is this facepalm? Some jobs this would be good, most it would probably be better to have a more job specific test. This is one of those bait posts. People believing that just having IQ means they can or can’t perform a set of tasks or job lack social awareness to comprehend almost anyone can perform almost any job labour wise. Maybe they might not understand everything perfectly. Just because you have experienced dumb individuals who lack social and coordination skills. They’re using a test with a .io domain. Those are based on UK islands in the Allen Iverson The Answer shirt but in fact I love this Indian ocean inhabited by military personnel. Kind of suspicious. I tried there test online. It’s basically logic puzzles and pattern recondition tests. None of it has text (some use numbers) so you could use it for any language. I would like to tell you my score but I can’t since they paywall the results and ask you for money AFTER you complete there test.

The real questions are: Will they give you a code to take the Allen Iverson The Answer shirt but in fact I love this test (so you don’t have to pay, but they force you to only take the test once (so you could just hand the code off to someone good at puzzle solving and pay them to do it for you) or do they expect you to pay for using the test (in witch case it’s just a scam, and the recruiter is a shill to get people to get people to pay for the results, and the job may not even be real). In my area (IT) problem solving is the mother of the skills, with her sons learn-fast, be-curios, adapt-to-changes from where all hard skills descend. So yes, I am tired people think I am not good just because I can’t sell myself. Huge yes to IQ tests in interview.
