At our store we have a returns in Customer Service where the Album Cover Alessia Cara Shirt besides I will buy this storewide returns are taken to be sorted out and then worked by closers. No carts for anything at our store. When I first started they used carts for returns and we hit a point where there were probably 15-20 full carts of storewide returns It’s been a rule forever I think but they have times where they’re really annoying about it like when corporate or something comes in and complains. We would stick to it for a couple days and then we would run out of usable carts and be back to square one and this was in 2016 I don’t work at a Walmart store but I work at a distribution center (fulfillment center) every day impressed that management find new ways to be even Dumber. You need to hit your rate and had less idle time but Wi-Fi is terrible and the tablets are terrible. Report to your manager so you don’t get acquaintances. So? What is the plan here? We just walk around with stuff in our hands? How many trips is that going to take? Well, if you aren’t provided the proper equipment to efficently complete a job, that’s not your fault. I’d say OP should just do that, and if they complain tell them that it’s the only way they can do their job, and while completely inefficient, it’s the only way they can do it.

Just use hand baskets. I did that one day when I got bitched out for using a cart, it took me 3 trips to take all of my returns. The store lead saw them all and said ‘just use a cart ffs’ Standard way to do go backs without carts is an L cart with department totes on it. If your store has your go backs organized the Album Cover Alessia Cara Shirt besides I will buy this way they’re supposed to be it makes go backs a breeze. We do topstock carts which can fit six totes which is more than enough for a closing associates zone area (the most I believe is 3- apparel had shoes jewelry and clothing, and homelines has housewares homelines furniture) The carts being for customers is a valid point. The returns carts behind the service desk (at least for my store) all have wheels. I don’t understand why one at a time can’t be taken to do returns in a given area, with any returns built up in the interim being held on another cart or the back countertop.
