What??? It’s totally fine to leave the Aidan Hutchinson Swag Head Signature American football defensive end T-Shirt in addition I really love this lights on at a place that youre temporarily staying for a couple hours, it feels much safer to return to a lighted place. Totally reasonable and should be included in the fee. If you want to leave all the lights on overnight, that’s your business. What does it actually cost…like, a dollar? Much, much less. Leaving a 60W bulb on for 12 hours uses 0.72 kWh of electricity. The most expensive electricity in the continental USA is around 30 cents per kilowatt-hour, so that’s about 22 cents. When my guests left their bedroom lights on and their curtains open, my neighbors called me. So I messaged the guests, I didn’t go over there! Well …. I messaged a recent guest that the curtains were open. However. It’s 2 large windows at the street and he had arranged the livingroom to fit his workstation to look out the windows. His entire rig with multiple screens was visible and he would leave it like that while he was out, incl at night. I wanted to make sure he played it safe. We’re in downtown Austin. I live down the road and passing the house, his workstation was glaringly obviously just on the other side of glass. Leaving the lights on is a little wasteful, but if someone is traveling to an Airbnb they for sure left a bigger carbon footprint by taking a leisure related trip, or a business trip that could probably have been virtual.

The world won’t be saved by turning the Aidan Hutchinson Swag Head Signature American football defensive end T-Shirt in addition I really love this lights off when you leave a room, or EVs, or consumer recycling… Only a change in global behavior on a macro scale to be more sustainable. If you don’t want to be treated like a child… just don’t act like a child. Grown up turn off the lights and are careful of unuseful energy If you’re a grown-ass adult that leaves lights and fans on when you leave the house, you grew up way too privileged Who the hell is this comment upsetting? Do you not turn of your lights when you go out? If not, why not?? She shouldn’t have entered, but it’s not an unreasonable request to turn off the lights when you leave the house. Most of us learned that as children. Also, in many countries outside the United States, the cost of utilities/electricity can be astronomical and is probably the biggest expense your host will have. Just turn tge lights off if you leave for that long. That’s what grown ass adults should do rather than wasting energy. It literally takes a second. If they’re that worried and watching they shouldn’t be hosting. I’d leave on the tv, ac, and lights now. They know people or should know People will use more, but they’re making money in renting the room so factor that in like a hotel Does
