I have now had way too many issues with ABNB. I went back to hotels. They expect too much for the An Evening With Bread Mellow Rock Icons Unleashed Dive into Breads World T-Shirt in addition I really love this price now. I hate that you get a high cleaning fee but have to leave the place spotless. They come into the space when you’re out. Nope, no more. I had a host like that who lived close by and would text me over unimportant things like the light being left on. It honestly felt super intrusive and like I had no privacy. I left that place ASAP. What difference does it make on an energy bill? A dollar? Compared to the kind of profit they already make renting out their property/ies? Is this a room in a shared space? And did they enter the room to turn off a lamp, or did they put their hand in the door and flip the switch on the wall next to it? It’s not unreasonable fir someone to request you turn these lights off when you leave in their home. If you have an issue with it for your own security, and not just laziness you should communicate that and find a compromise with the host. Just because you pay to stay somewhere doesn’t mean you own it and can do whatever you want.

Bothers me when guests leave lights on all night bc they forgot to turn them off or when they leave for the An Evening With Bread Mellow Rock Icons Unleashed Dive into Breads World T-Shirt in addition I really love this day, but it’s a habit I’m not about to break in them during their stay, so I ignore it. Now if they leave the AC on blast all day/night, that shows up on my utility bills, so I remind them in my premade messages to be mindful. That’s literally all you can do as a host. To be bothering guests about it is micromanaging. This all concept is dying…. owners want to make money without spending or re investing. Mattresses, linen, and electricity have a cost in renewal, maintenance, and utilization. If they don’t understand, keep leaving bad reviews How would you feel of someone stayed in your place and didn’t respect your rules. Yes, you may pay to stay there, but it’s not your place and you don’t own it. They’re trying to keep costs down so they can stay competitive with pricing. Did you rent this place because the price was cheaper than the competition? If so it’s this aggressiveness on keeping costs down that helped keep the cost low for you. They should probably just raise their prices and let you use however much electricity the guest wants.
