If there’s a problem big enough for you to burden me with the 2023 Toronto Sports Teams Vladimir Guerrero Jr Auston Matthews And Kyle Lowry Signatures Shirt also I will do this knowledge that you’re unhappy, and I have the ability to help, then I should do so, because I want you to be happy; from the flip side, if I have a problem I know you can’t help with, or I don’t want you to help with, I’ll just never bring it up, assuming that my unhappiness would also make you unhappy. However, you say that when she tries to help, it just makes you tired, which probably communicates to her that you just want to feel bad and you just want her to feel bad with you. Depending on what she thinks “suffering” is, that might sound ludicrous. The problem isn’t the laundry. The problem is how the person is feeling. If you don’t address the first problem of how the person is feeling then going off and fixing a secondary problem is going to feel dismissive to the first and bigger problem. Additionally, maybe there are more thoughts and issues connected to the problem of the laundry. OP might be trying to have a wider conversation about other issues, but just moving to “fixing the problem” without curiosity if there are more issues is short sighted.

Finally, calling yourself a “fixer” is an interesting take. From what I’ve seen people who are curious, talk about the 2023 Toronto Sports Teams Vladimir Guerrero Jr Auston Matthews And Kyle Lowry Signatures Shirt also I will do this issue in depth, and address the emotions usually then go on to fix the superficial problem as well. They are even more efficient at fixing problems because they don’t leave all the underlying issues unaddressed and festering. So, if you do see yourself as a “fixer” maybe think of yourself as an “assumer” and go a week where you try your best to be curious and an “addresser”. If the laundry is the predicate for the feeling, then the laundry is the solution to the feeling. If the laundry is instead merely the trigger for the feeling, but the feeling is the predicate for itself, then why say anything other than “I’m experiencing severe distress right now, it has nothing to do with anything, but I want you to know so that you don’t worry and I apologize for the mystery.”
