I feel like I don’t have the 2023 Famous Toastery Bowl Champion Western Kentucky College Football Bowl Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this words or ability to explain my feelings in other words. I’ve told her that it feels like I’m not being listened to, that it adds mental exhaustion when she takes on a task that I didn’t ask her to. I understand what she’s trying to do and it’s very kind, but she’s willfully disregarding what I’m directly telling her and it’s beginning to feel very invalidating. She still says she doesn’t understand why I’m feeling this way. Is the way I’m feeling wrong? What would you say in this situation? How do I balance telling her what I’m feeling(especially when she asks), and not making her feel responsible for the fixes? EDIT: So to clear up some messages and comments I’m getting: A) I’m also a woman, so not an “emotionally immature man”. Maybe look past outdated sex roles when you consider feelings? B) This isn’t about the laundry, it’s about the feelings I have over connection and communication. I’m looking to commiserate over things we both struggle with, not guilt her into action.

C) If I have feelings on anything, she WILL pick up on it.
