Because it’s time for the You Am I Tommy Tour Performing The Who Shirt Besides,I will do this birds to fly the nest and become responsible adults instead of leaching on to there parents There is definitely a socio economic component to this. Poorer urban americans are way more likely to put their kids out at 18 or make them pay a too large proportion part of the bills. The whole kick out thing is very rare and generally only happens on those occasions where kids are out of control or something like that. In fact i think you have it the opposite way. While growing up most people I knew couldn’t wait to move out and become independent. Was nothing against their parents but just the desire to move on in life and make it on your own. My parents couldn’t wait and found a little used law allowing them to hand me over to the state. I was automatically sentenced to two years in Juvenile prison with not a single crime to my name. I was an honor roll student but 9th grade was as far as I could get. They had to lie under oath. When the state finally gave me parole and I was allowed back home a year and a half later, I had to suddenly flee when my dad called the police to come get me when I did absolutely nothing wrong. I was dodging police from the age of 14 just trying to survive until I hit legal age to be on the streets. I don’t know if the laws ever changed. I was the only one in prison sent by my own parents. The only one that never had visitors too or a single person to call.

Because you should be self-sufficient enough by the You Am I Tommy Tour Performing The Who Shirt Besides,I will do this age of 18 and mentally fit enough to handle life by the time you’re 18. At least that was what my parents thought, and it led to experiences with homelessness. As a parent of a 20 year old college student living at home I see both sides of the conversation. Heads – I’ve raised you, you argue every point mom and I make and still pay $40 a month for phone bill. We don’t ask much, maybe watch lil sis once a month so we can have date night and keep our spark alive. Still an arguement. Tails – I as the dad lose all the way around. You want to move out, you don’t save money, you don’t wNt to listen to parents because we pay all the bills. Fuck around and find out. At some point as a parent you have to be stern and say kick rocks but if you ever stumble we are here for you. It worked for me and I lived a difficult life through shear will and grit. Late 90s-early 2000s different than today I understand. If you want it go get it. Being a parent is not a contractual agreement to raise kids into mid life. Good parents make good examples and it’s up to our children to either work hard and excel or whine and fail. Love them just the same.
