It’s so constant, like a barrage. Yes. I don’t mind some things being sexual, I mind everything being it. If I’m watching a show about teens beating up monsters I don’t need wiggle physics or six packs drawn with more detail than the faces of half of the cast. Yeah, like, where do people draw the line? I think if there’s just a boob joke or a slightly revealing outfit it can be ok to overlook it – not like western shows don’t sexualize women as well – but at what point do you actively stop enjoying the watching experience due to it? How can you not feel grossed out by incest, pedophilia and the like? Most do. Even the really good ones. Like, FMAB is probably one of the tamest animes in that regard and it still features shots of Winry taking a bath that are clearly meant as eye candy.
