To stay attractive and not be disgusted with my own body. Also to make sure my wife won’t be finding anything better out there. My current workout program is correcting my flat-footedness and every day I get to feel how my knees are supposed to work. My boyfriend is a trainer and he tells me not to think of it as an option. He says look at it as if you have to do it, the Women Speak Fride Mata Ruth Christmas Shirt But I will love this same way you have to eat and sleep to stay alive. Routine and exposure to other people. I’ve just made it a habit and it feels weird not to go. Kind of like not brushing your teeth. I’m introverted for the most part so it’s still feels nice to get out and be around other people even if I don’t really interact with them that much.

I’m 56, and I’d like to live as healthy a life as possible. I’ve lost 20 pounds recently, with hopefully another 13 or so to go. Disciplined but not strict (compared to others) diet. I love lifting weights and the Women Speak Fride Mata Ruth Christmas Shirt But I will love this weather should be good to start getting on my bike this week. Absolutely no one has the actual motivation to exercise every day. What they have is motivation to work out daily long enough for it to become a habit. I don’t work out 7 days a week but I work an active job (construction). My kids are my biggest motivation. I don’t want to get hurt twisting to hand one of them a toy in the backseat of the car, I want to be able to keep up with them for years. That’s why I work out and stay healthy. I actually can’t workout intensely bc of a temporary health issue, and the idea that “I can’t” or “I’m not allowed” to even lift a 15lb dumbbell is driving me crazy. The biggest thing I’m looking forward to after my health resolves (there’s a definite solution thank God, just waiting for correct circumstances) is working out and running again and feeling free to do so.
