I’m always looking for a reason to get up. So about once an hour. I don’t necessarily “have” to go, I can almost always get some pee out. I have never counted by I pee at least once an hour, all day. After I’m done working it slows. I pee one last time before I go to sleep and I almost never wake up to go, so I think I’m doing it right. I also workout every morning, and that gets everything moving, so up through about lunch times I feel like I spend time in the Washington Huskies 2023 Pac-12 Champions Shirt But I will love this bathroom. After lunch, it all starts to slow down a bit. I go quite a few times a day, but I think that covid/WFH made my bladder weaker. I never needed to wait to pee, so would just go as soon as I felt like it. I think it’s bad for your bladder/pelvic floor.

EVERY HOUR ON THE HOUR! No seriously but I do drink water till I’m peeing once an hour that’s how I figure I’m hydrated enough I mean, every 90 – 120 min. But honestly, between water, tea with sweetener, ZipFizz added to water and Diet Pepsi, I’m at a half-gallon / 84 oz liquid by 2pm. Usually can hold up to 2h but given my druthers, every time I get up from my chair / desk job. And sooner if there are artificial sweeteners in anything. I’ll admit, I drink about roughly 2 gallons of liquid a day; between pop/energy drinks, water, and a bit of adult beverages. But mainly water because I work I physically demanding job. I pee fairly often (once every three hours), but it’s always clear.
