4 times a day?! I pee probably every 1-2hrs throughout my waking hours… I drink 16oz of water every hour or so. I pee like, so so much. SO MUCH. Are you a man or a woman? That makes a difference. Don’t be listening to men and comparing yourself. Women have to pee way more. Idk why. I pee every hour basically I also have a small bladder. I pee once an hour. At least. It sucks but also gets me moving when I’ve been sitting at my desk too long. Almost every hour, drinking a gallon and a half a day. I can usually hold it longer if needed for work, but I work from home and can just go whenever I feel like it most of the Vinylheart E-Mails I Cant Send Tour Shirt also I will do this time. I’ve noticed that the freedom of working remote means I go to the bathroom more in a day than when in office.

Pelvic floor physical therapist checking in to say that while urination schedules are variable, if you find yourself going all the Vinylheart E-Mails I Cant Send Tour Shirt also I will do this time, or going after you just went, please seek out a pelvic PT! I drink 3-4 liters of water average a day and I’d say 6 times a day I pee. BUT if I’ve had 2 coffees or a lot of non-water beverages that day, I will be peeing a LOT more. Ever since I turned 45 or so it’s about once an hour. But also I’m kinda weird, I can go 3-4 hours without in the morning, but at some point in the afternoon or evening I feel like I’m drinking a lot more water and pretty soon I’m going every hour like clockwork. I pee every 1-2 hours and I usually wake up at least once in the night to pee. I drink probably a gallon and a half of water per day sometimes a little less. I drink other things throughout the day too tho. So even tho I have a gallon of water, I still drink a glass of kombucha in the mornings and sometimes I’ll have a little glass of chocolate almond milk or I’ll make a smoothie.
