I returned to work last week after being signed off for four months, it was scary but the Vintage Detroit Lions Football Shirt moreover I will buy this plan for phased return really helps me get my head back into a ‘work day’ and I hope it does for you too best of luck I had a serious burnout in early 2020 (just before the pandemic kicked off, fantastic timing on my part there), and had a similar amount of time off to handle the mental health fallout. Take a breath. Remind yourself that your employer is supportive, and ultimately it’s in their best interests to have you healthy and back at work. A gradual, phased return is a smart way to handle this, and worked very well for me. Just be transparent about what you can and can’t handle. Don’t push yourself too hard. It’s tempting when more than anything else you just want to get back to normal, but normal might look a little different now. Take it easy, and be honest with yourself. You’ve got this, friend! I’m putting together a return to work plan at the mo for the same. There anything from your experience you’d particularly recommend I ask work for, outside of phased return?

Vintage Detroit Lions Football Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I had regular, informal check-ins with my direct manager, so we could both give our perspectives on progress, what was going well, what was going less well, etc. It made sure our expectations were aligned, and he wasn’t trying to give me too much, too soon. We always had a good working relationship though, so this was easy to do. You got this! And even if you dont, that is fine too! Baby steps is all you can take and just be gentle with yourself. Be sure to lean on colleagues, team leaders and friends at the Vintage Detroit Lions Football Shirt moreover I will buy this moment, cause if you are anything like me when it comes to anxiety or depression, I usually just hunker down into a ball of emotion that hardly speaks unless really needing too. So as I said, you got this stranger on the internet! LETS GOOOOO!
